Leadership of Al-Riyadah University Pays an Official Visit to His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research

As part of the university's commitment to enhancing institutional communication and fostering ongoing collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the leadership of Al-Riyadah University conducted an official visit to His Excellency, Prof. Dr. Amin Noman Al-Qudsi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The university delegation was led by Prof. Dr. Nahla Saleh Al-Kaaki, President of the University, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdo Ali, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, and Associate Professor Dr. Mohammed Saleh Al-Talbi, Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences.

At the outset of the meeting, Prof. Dr. Nahla Al-Kaaki expressed her heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency on the occasion of the Holy Month, on behalf of herself and the entire university community. She also reiterated her congratulations on the confidence bestowed upon him by the government through his appointment as Minister, wishing him great success in his academic and practical endeavors.

During the session, Dr. Al-Kaaki provided a concise overview of the academic developments at the university, its faculties, and various academic programs. She highlighted the university’s ambitious plan to introduce five new Master’s programs in Information Technology, as well as academic and executive tracks in Accounting and Business Administration. These programs are designed to meet the evolving needs of the labor market and reflect the university's efforts to graduate competitive professionals capable of contributing to national development.

On his part, His Excellency the Minister welcomed the University President and the accompanying delegation. He praised Al-Riyadah University’s efforts in the field of private higher education, commending its dedication to continuous development and modernization. He specifically welcomed the university’s step toward expanding its academic scope by launching postgraduate Master’s programs.

His Excellency emphasized the vital role of private universities in supporting the higher education journey and expanding enrollment, thereby achieving the country's sustainable development goals. This visit underscores Al-Riyadah University’s dedication to aligning its academic plans with national policies and staying informed of state trends in this vital sector.

The meeting was also attended by Eng. Ramzi Saeed Al-Mikhlafi, Director General of the Minister's Office.
