Al-Riyada University Holds a Specialized Scientific Seminar in Oral and Dental Medicine and Surgery Titled: ENDODONTIC From A to Z
As part of the scientific activities implemented by the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Department of Dentistry, at Al-Riyada University, a specialized scientific seminar was held yesterday, Thursday, titled:
ENDODONTIC From A to Z
Presented by: the distinguished Dr. Mohammed Al-Jarbaa.
The event witnessed a remarkable attendance exceeding 65 students and graduates, in an interactive scientific atmosphere that focused on the latest concepts and protocols in endodontic treatment, in addition to discussing proper diagnostic methods and approaches to managing clinical challenges in this specialty.
The event was also attended by Dr. Salem Ghanem, Vice President of the University; Dr. Rami Aniesh, Head of the Dentistry Department; and Dr. Bashir Al-Rajhi, Academic Supervisor of the Internship Program, along with teaching assistants from the Dentistry Department, which added special significance and a distinguished academic atmosphere to the event.
The scientific attendance enriched the discussions, as Dr. Al-Jarbaa provided practical explanations and recommendations that contributed to strengthening the clinical and cognitive aspects of the students, which was reflected in the level of interaction and participation during the lecture.
At the conclusion of the event, a group of fifth-level students at the university delivered an educational scientific presentation using PowerPoint on the topic:
“Perio-Endo Lesion (Combined Periodontal and Endodontic Lesions)”.
These activities come within the department’s plan to enhance academic development and raise students’ competencies through specialized programs that align with the requirements of the labor market in the field of dentistry.
